Why work at Tech Magnetics?
You'll work on real-time systems that power live sportsbooks, media platforms, and trading desks at global scale — with ownership from day one, a small enough team that your work matters, and a global, remote-friendly culture.
Do you offer remote jobs?
Yes. Most engineering, data, and operations roles are remote-friendly, with some regional hub or on-site roles for time-sensitive live coverage positions. Each listing specifies its location requirements.
What technologies do you use?
Our stack includes .NET / ASP.NET Core and C# for core services, Node.js, Python, TypeScript, React, REST APIs and WebSockets for real-time delivery, Docker and Kubernetes for deployment, and Azure/AWS for cloud infrastructure, backed by SQL Server, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
How do I apply?
Browse open roles below, click "Apply Now" on the position that fits, and submit your resume through our application form. You'll hear back from our talent team within a few business days.
What is the hiring process?
Our process has four steps: apply online, a 30-minute intro call with our talent team, a role-specific skills round or technical interview, and an offer. Most candidates complete the full process within two to three weeks.
Do you hire internationally?
Yes. Our team spans 12+ countries. Many roles are open worldwide; a few — particularly live coverage and infrastructure roles — have regional requirements listed on the job posting.
What benefits do employees receive?
Remote and hybrid flexibility, comprehensive health and wellness cover, an annual learning budget for courses and certifications, generous paid time off, performance bonuses, and modern equipment.
Do you provide learning opportunities?
Yes. Every employee gets an annual learning budget for courses, certifications, and conferences, plus regular internal knowledge-sharing sessions and technical workshops led by senior engineers.
Do you offer internships?
We run internships periodically, primarily in engineering and data operations, depending on team capacity. Send a general application via our contact page and we'll reach out when a relevant opening exists.
Can I work remotely full-time?
Most engineering and data roles are fully remote with async-friendly processes. A handful of live-coverage and partnership roles require regional presence — this is called out clearly on each listing.
What programming languages do you use?
Primarily C# (.NET / ASP.NET Core) for our core API platform, with Python for data and ML work, and JavaScript/TypeScript with React for frontend and dashboard development.
Do you sponsor certifications?
Yes. Certification and conference costs are covered through each employee's annual learning budget, subject to manager approval that it's relevant to your role or growth path.
What career growth opportunities exist?
We promote from within wherever possible. Engineers move from IC to senior/staff tracks or into technical leadership; data analysts move into engineering or product; and cross-functional moves between departments are common as the company grows.
What departments are hiring?
We currently have openings across Engineering, Data & Coverage, Operations, and Sales & Partnerships — 18 open roles across 6 departments as of this month.
How long is the recruitment process?
Typically two to three weeks from application to offer. We move quickly and most candidates hear back within a week of their final interview.
Do you support flexible work hours?
Yes. Outside of time-sensitive live coverage shifts, most roles operate on flexible, async-friendly hours across time zones, coordinated through core overlap windows with your team.
How does onboarding work?
New hires get a structured first-week onboarding covering our systems, codebase, and team introductions, paired with a mentor from your team for your first 90 days.
Can I submit a general application if I don't see my role?
Yes. Send your resume through our contact page and we'll keep it on file for future openings that match your background — we do reach out proactively as new roles open.
What is your engineering culture like?
Collaborative, transparent, and ownership-driven. Engineers ship features and own coverage areas early, code reviews are constructive, and decisions are made with data rather than hierarchy.
Do you offer relocation assistance?
For select on-site roles that require relocation, we discuss assistance on a case-by-case basis during the offer stage. Most roles are remote and don't require relocation at all.
What makes Tech Magnetics unique as an employer?
We're small enough that individual contributions are visible and impactful, but our data reaches a global scale — live in sportsbooks, media platforms, and trading desks the same day it ships.
How do teams collaborate across time zones?
We rely on async-first documentation, recorded updates, and shared dashboards, with a small set of core overlap hours per team for synchronous discussion and pairing when needed.
What is the day-to-day work environment like?
Fast-paced but sustainable — most work ships in small increments with visible, near-immediate impact, whether that's a live data feed, a dashboard update, or an onboarded partner.
Do you encourage innovation and experimentation?
Yes. Engineers regularly propose and prototype improvements to our data pipelines, modeling, and developer tools, and we run periodic hackathons and innovation days to explore new ideas outside the regular roadmap.
Why should developers join Tech Magnetics specifically?
You'll work on systems processing real-time data across 30+ sports and 130+ leagues, used by real customers at scale — with the ownership, learning budget, and career growth of a fast-growing, developer-first company.
