Everything you need to know about our API, data coverage, pricing, integrations, SLAs, and developer tools β answered clearly and completely so you can move fast and build with confidence.
Whether you're building a live scoreboard, a fantasy sports app, or an odds comparison platform, our API delivers reliable, low-latency data for every match, every market, and every sport β globally.
Tech Magnetics is a sports data infrastructure company that provides real-time sports data, odds feeds, livescores, player statistics, and historical results via a unified REST and WebSocket API. We power sportsbooks, media platforms, fantasy sports applications, analytics dashboards, trading desks, and developer tools globally.
Our platform covers 30+ sports including football, cricket, basketball, tennis, American football, baseball, ice hockey, and esports. Data is sourced directly from official league partners and stadium feed collectors, then delivered through a global edge network with average latency under 180ms.
Our API is built for a wide range of users:
Several things set us apart: First, we offer a truly unified API β one key, one endpoint structure, and one authentication model across all 30+ sports, rather than sport-specific sub-APIs with different schemas. Second, our developer experience is genuinely first-class: free sandbox from day one, OpenAPI 3.1 spec always in sync with production, typed SDKs in six languages, and a public Slack community with same-day responses from our engineering team.
Third, we have a provable zero-unannounced-breaking-changes record with a minimum 6-month deprecation window. Fourth, our global edge infrastructure (6 PoPs across EU, US, and Asia-Pacific) gives us the lowest-latency delivery for live sports data of any provider in our tier.
No. You can sign up at techmagnetics.io/signup, generate an API key, and start making calls against our full sandbox environment in under five minutes β no sales call, no NDA, no credit card. The sandbox mirrors production data schema exactly (with a short delay on live data) so you can build and test your full integration before committing to a paid plan.
All data originates from official league and federation data partnerships, stadium-level sensor feeds, and licensed data vendors who collect data directly at the venue. We then run our ingestion pipeline which validates, normalises, and deduplicates every event before it reaches your API response.
Critically, we do not scrape public websites or secondary sources. For major leagues (Premier League, IPL, NBA, NFL, etc.) we hold direct data distribution agreements. For smaller competitions, we source from accredited regional data vendors with contractual data accuracy obligations.
Yes β our Sandbox tier is free permanently, not just a time-limited trial. It gives you 10,000 API calls per month with access to 5 sports and the full endpoint schema. There is no expiry date and no credit card required. You only need to upgrade when you move to a production environment or need more sports coverage and call volume.
Our average REST API response latency is under 180ms globally, measured from request receipt at our edge node to first byte of response. P99 latency stays under 320ms during peak sporting events. For WebSocket streams, live event updates are delivered within 180β300ms of the stadium source event, depending on the sport and regional PoP.
Latency by region: EU-West-1 (London/Frankfurt): ~68ms; US-East-1 (New York): ~72ms; AP-Southeast-1 (Singapore): ~78ms for AU/NZ/SEA.
Support varies by plan. Sandbox and Starter plan users get access to our community Slack workspace, where our engineering team answers questions within the same business day. Growth plan users get dedicated email and chat support with guaranteed same-day response. Enterprise plan users are assigned a dedicated integration engineer for onboarding, implementation reviews, and production escalations.
Yes. You can invite team members to your dashboard with role-based access control (Admin, Developer, Read-only). API keys can be named per environment or per team member, and you can see which key generated which calls in the usage logs. There is no additional charge for team seats on any plan.
Yes. Our Growth and Enterprise plans are specifically designed for high-frequency data consumers. We offer burst rate limits up to 10,000 requests per minute on Enterprise, WebSocket streams to eliminate polling overhead, dedicated PoP regions for consistent sub-100ms latency, and bulk historical odds export for model training. Contact our team to discuss specific throughput requirements.
Our REST API and WebSocket feed work with any HTTP/WebSocket-capable client, including iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java) native apps. We publish an official Swift SDK (currently in beta) and our JavaScript/TypeScript SDK works in React Native environments. Our REST API also supports CORS for browser-based web applications.
The fastest path: (1) Sign up at techmagnetics.io/signup β no credit card required. (2) Generate an API key in your dashboard. (3) Install our SDK (npm install @techmagnetics/sports-sdk for JavaScript). (4) Follow our Quick Start Guide to make your first call in under 5 minutes. (5) Explore the full API Reference for all endpoints, parameters, and response schemas.

The free sandbox includes 5 sports: Football (Premier League + 2 other leagues), Cricket (IPL + international), Basketball (NBA), Tennis (ATP/WTA majors), and American Football (NFL). The response schema for all other sports is identical β upgrading to a paid plan simply unlocks additional sports and competitions with the same API call structure.
Historical results and fixture data is available from season 2010β11 onwards for all major football leagues, the NBA, NFL, and MLB. Historical odds (opening and closing lines) are available from 2018 onwards for top-tier competitions. For cricket, historical Test match data goes back to 2005. All historical data is accessible via the /v1/historical/results endpoint with bulk export support for large dataset requests.
For football, player statistics include: goals, assists, minutes played, shots on target, pass accuracy, dribbles completed, tackles won, interceptions, expected goals (xG), expected assists (xA), xG per 90, press regains, PPDA, ball recoveries, aerials won, and heat map event coordinates. For basketball: points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, turnovers, plus/minus, true shooting percentage, and player efficiency rating (PER). For cricket: runs, wickets, economy rate, strike rate, average, fifties, centuries, and bowling spell-by-spell data.
For major tournaments (FIFA World Cup, ICC events, Champions League, Olympics, etc.) we onboard full coverage before the first fixture is played, typically 4β8 weeks before the tournament start date. Fixture schedules and group stage draws are available as soon as they are officially published. New competitions are announced in our Changelog and via our release notification system.
Yes. Our prematch and in-play odds endpoints aggregate prices from multiple official data sources (called odds.sources in API v3.8+). The response includes the consolidated best-available price as well as the individual source breakdown. The specific bookmakers and exchanges included in the sources array depend on your plan and regional permissions. Enterprise plans can request custom source inclusion or exclusion.
Yes. Women's sports coverage includes: Women's Super League (England), Women's Champions League, FIFA Women's World Cup, NWSL (USA), WTA tennis (full tour), WNBA, Women's IPL (WPL), ICC Women's tournaments, and various national women's football leagues. Coverage is expanding every season. Check the sports coverage page for the current list.
Yes. Enterprise customers can request dedicated coverage for specific competitions not in our standard catalogue. We evaluate requests based on data availability, source partnerships, and commercial viability. Typical onboarding time for a new competition (assuming an official data source exists) is 4β6 weeks. Submit requests via your account manager or through the contact form.
Yes. As of API v3.8.0 we cover VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT) and CS2 Major events with prematch and in-play odds, including markets for match winner, map winner, first blood, pistol round winner, and overtime props. League of Legends (LoL) coverage (LCK, LEC, LCS) is in beta with expected GA in Q3 2026. Dota 2 and Rocket League are on the 2026 roadmap.
Horse racing data covers UK, Ireland, France, USA, Hong Kong, and Australia. Available data includes: race cards with runners, draw positions, and jockey/trainer information; pre-race win, each-way, and forecast prices; SP (Starting Price); live race positions (where official data feed permits); and post-race results with official placings. Advanced markets (antepost, ante-post ante, futures) are available for major races. Access via sport=horse_racing.
Start free on the sandbox, ship on Starter, and scale on Growth or Enterprise β our pricing tiers match exactly where you are in your build journey, with no artificial usage cliffs.
Yes. Our Sandbox tier is permanently free β not a time-limited trial. It includes 10,000 API calls per month, access to 5 sports, the full endpoint schema, WebSocket stream access, and community Slack support. You can develop and test your complete integration on the free tier. There is no expiry date and no credit card is required to sign up.
We currently offer four tiers:
See the full pricing page for detailed feature matrices. All prices exclude VAT where applicable.
Each authenticated HTTP request to any REST endpoint counts as one API call, regardless of the response size or number of results returned. WebSocket connections do not count as individual calls β the connection itself counts as one call when established; individual push messages received over the connection are free. Webhook delivery (inbound events pushed to your endpoint) does not count toward your monthly quota. Error responses (4xx, 5xx) do count toward your quota.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately β your new call quota and sport coverage are available as soon as the upgrade is confirmed. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you retain current features until the end of the period you've paid for. You can manage plan changes directly from your dashboard under Billing without contacting support.
By default, API calls beyond your monthly quota will return a 429 Too Many Requests response rather than incurring automatic overage charges. You can configure overage behaviour in your dashboard: either hard-stop (default), soft-overage at a per-call rate you pre-authorise, or automatic plan upgrade trigger. We also send email alerts at 80% and 95% of your monthly quota so you have time to act proactively.
Yes. We offer a Startup Program providing 6 months of the Growth plan at 50% discount for pre-seed and seed stage companies (under 3 years old, under $500K ARR). Academic and research institutions can apply for the Research Access Program providing Growth-tier access at no charge for non-commercial research projects. Non-profits are assessed case-by-case. Apply via contact sales.
Yes. Annual billing on the Starter plan saves you 2 months (effectively 17% off). Annual billing on the Growth plan saves you 3 months (25% off). Enterprise annual contracts include additional discounts negotiated based on usage commitment. You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time from your billing dashboard.
For monthly plans, we offer a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current billing month if you cancel within 14 days of your most recent payment, provided your total usage for that month was under 20% of your quota. Annual plans are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days. After these windows, plans can be cancelled for the next billing period but the current period is non-refundable. Contact billing support to initiate a refund request.
Historical data access is included on the Growth plan and above. Starter plan users can access the last 30 days of results via the /v1/historical/results endpoint. Full multi-year historical datasets (going back to 2010 for football, 2015 for other sports) are a Growth+ feature. The sandbox tier has access to 7 days of historical results for testing schema structure.
Yes. Your monthly call quota is shared across all API keys on your account, regardless of how many projects use them. You can create unlimited API keys per account, name them per project, and scope each key to specific endpoints and sports. Usage is tracked per key in your dashboard so you can see which project is consuming what. There is no per-key fee.
Authentication uses API keys passed as a Bearer token in the HTTP Authorization header: Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY. All API traffic must use HTTPS (TLS 1.2+). We do not support query-string API keys for production use (sandbox only, for quick browser testing). For WebSocket connections, the API key is passed as a query parameter on the initial handshake URL.
Our WebSocket server is available at wss://stream.api.techmagnetics.io/v1. After connecting, you subscribe to specific channels (e.g. livescores:football:premier_league, odds:football:fixture_id) by sending a JSON subscription message. The server then pushes structured event messages to your client whenever a qualifying change occurs β no polling required.
The SDK handles connection management, exponential back-off reconnection, message ordering, and subscription state persistence automatically. Raw WebSocket users need to implement reconnect logic themselves; we recommend using our WebSocket guide for best practice patterns.
Rate limits are enforced at two levels β per-second burst and per-month quota:
Rate limit headers (X-RateLimit-Remaining, X-RateLimit-Reset) are included in every response. When the per-second burst is exceeded, a 429 with a Retry-After header is returned.
All REST API responses are JSON with a consistent envelope structure: a top-level status integer, a data object (or events array for list endpoints), meta for pagination, and error populated only on error responses. All timestamps are ISO 8601 in UTC. All odds are returned as decimal values. The full schema is available in our API Reference and our OpenAPI 3.1 spec.
Yes. Register a HTTPS endpoint via POST /v1/webhooks/subscribe with the event types and optional filters (sport, competition, fixture ID) you want to receive. We support the following webhook event types: goal, odds_movement (configurable threshold), match_status (kick-off, half-time, full-time, postponed), fixture_update, and player_event (card, substitution, injury).
Webhook delivery uses HTTPS POST with a JSON body and an HMAC-SHA256 signature header for verification. Failed deliveries (5xx responses from your endpoint) are retried with exponential back-off for up to 24 hours.
Standard HTTP status codes are used: 200 success, 400 bad request (invalid parameter), 401 unauthorised (check your API key), 403 forbidden (endpoint not on your plan), 404 not found (invalid fixture/player ID), 429 rate limit hit, 5xx server error (safe to retry). SDK users get typed exception classes. For 429, respect the Retry-After header. For 5xx errors, implement exponential back-off β start at 1 second, double up to 30 seconds, with jitter.
You can, but we strongly recommend against embedding your API key in client-side code (it will be visible in browser network tools). Instead, build a thin server-side proxy that forwards requests to our API. Our livescore widgets are the recommended way to display live sports data in a browser without exposing your API credentials. If you must call the API from a browser for internal dashboards, use our key scoping feature to restrict the key to specific read-only endpoints.
We use cursor-based pagination. List endpoints return a meta.next_cursor value in the response. Pass this as the cursor query parameter on your next request to get the following page. The default page size is 50 results; you can set it up to 200 via the limit parameter. Cursor-based pagination is stable β if new results arrive between pages they won't cause items to appear twice or be skipped.
Base URL: https://api.techmagnetics.io/v1/. We use URL path versioning. The current production version is v3 (with minor versions tracked in SDK releases). We maintain the previous major version for a minimum of 12 months after a new major version GA to allow migration time. The version number in the URL path (v1) is a stable API contract version β SDK minor/patch versions within v1 are additive and backward compatible.
Yes. Our OpenAPI 3.1 specification is publicly available at https://api.techmagnetics.io/openapi.json and is auto-generated from our codebase on every release β it always reflects the exact current production API surface. Import it into Postman, Insomnia, or any OpenAPI-compatible tool, or use openapi-generator to auto-generate typed client code in any language.
Pass a comma-separated list of market IDs in the markets query parameter: e.g. ?markets=1x2,btts,over_under_2_5,asian_handicap. If omitted, all available markets are returned (which can be a large payload for in-play events). We recommend specifying only the markets your application actually uses. Full market ID reference is in the API documentation.
All REST responses include Cache-Control headers with recommended TTLs. For prematch odds: 30β60 seconds (odds change frequently but not millisecond-by-millisecond). For fixtures: 5 minutes. For player stats: 5 minutes during a match, 24 hours post-match. For historical results: 24 hours. For live data (livescores, in-play odds) we recommend using our WebSocket stream instead of caching REST responses β the WS feed delivers updates within 200ms so cached REST is always stale for live events.
Configure a notification email for webhook delivery failures in your dashboard under Settings β Webhook Health. You can also poll GET /v1/webhooks/{id}/deliveries to review delivery history and retry status for each registered webhook. Failed deliveries show the HTTP status code your endpoint returned, the request body we sent, and the retry schedule.
Our webhook delivery egress IP ranges are published at https://api.techmagnetics.io/webhook-ips.json and updated whenever IPs change (with 14 days advance notice). Current ranges: EU-West: 52.18.x.x/24, US-East: 3.209.x.x/24, AP-Southeast: 13.228.x.x/24. Always fetch the published JSON dynamically rather than hardcoding IPs to avoid breakage during infrastructure changes.
We publish and maintain official SDKs for six languages: JavaScript/TypeScript (@techmagnetics/sports-sdk on npm), Python (techmagnetics-sdk on PyPI), PHP (techmagnetics/sports-sdk on Packagist), Java (Maven Central), Ruby (RubyGems, currently in beta), and Rust (crates.io, beta). Swift and Go SDKs are on the roadmap for 2026.
Yes. The JavaScript package ships with full TypeScript definitions (.d.ts files) for every endpoint's request parameters and response models. All response types are generic and correctly typed β your IDE will autocomplete all available fields. As of v3.7.0 the package also ships as ESM with named exports, giving full tree-shaking support in Vite, Rollup, and webpack 5.
Yes. The Python SDK provides both synchronous and asynchronous client classes. Use TechMagnetics for sync and AsyncTechMagnetics for async/await with asyncio or aiohttp-based frameworks. The async WebSocket client integrates cleanly with asyncio event loops and supports async for message in stream: iteration patterns.
Install: npm install @techmagnetics/sports-sdk (JS), pip install techmagnetics-sdk (Python), composer require techmagnetics/sports-sdk (PHP). To update to the latest version: npm update @techmagnetics/sports-sdk or pip install --upgrade techmagnetics-sdk. We follow semantic versioning β patch and minor updates are always backward compatible and safe to update to without code changes.
Absolutely. Our REST API is plain HTTP/JSON and works with any language that can make HTTP requests β cURL, Python requests, Go's net/http, Ruby's Faraday, C#'s HttpClient, etc. The OpenAPI spec makes it easy to auto-generate a client in any language. We recommend using an official SDK where available, as it handles authentication, retry logic, rate limit back-off, and WebSocket reconnection automatically.
Yes. The JavaScript SDK works in AWS Lambda, Vercel Edge Functions, and Cloudflare Workers (using the fetch-based transport mode β set transport: 'fetch' in the client config). The Python SDK works in AWS Lambda with no additional configuration. WebSocket connections are not recommended for serverless functions due to the ephemeral nature of the execution environment β use REST + webhooks instead for serverless architectures.
All official SDKs are open-source on GitHub under the techmagnetics organisation. File bugs via GitHub Issues with the label bug and include a minimal reproduction. We accept community pull requests β check the CONTRIBUTING.md in each repo for guidelines. Critical security issues should be reported via our responsible disclosure process at security@techmagnetics.io rather than public GitHub issues.
Yes. Download our official Postman collection from the API documentation page or import directly from our OpenAPI spec URL into Postman. The collection includes pre-configured environment variables for Sandbox and Production environments, example requests for every endpoint, and pre-request scripts for automatic API key injection.
Our engineering team monitors the developer Slack workspace and responds to technical questions within the same business day. Enterprise customers have a dedicated integration engineer as their direct point of contact.
Our published SLA is 99.99% monthly uptime for all paid plans, measured at the API gateway level across our global PoP network. 99.99% uptime translates to a maximum of 4.38 minutes of downtime per month. The sandbox tier has a 99.9% SLA (44 minutes/month). SLA credits are issued automatically for outages exceeding the threshold β no claim filing required.
Downtime is defined as: all API REST endpoints returning 5xx errors for more than 3 consecutive minutes, OR WebSocket connections failing to be established for more than 3 consecutive minutes. Scheduled maintenance windows (announced at least 72 hours in advance via email and our status page) do not count as downtime. Partial degradation (increased latency, specific sport data delays) is tracked separately as incidents but does not trigger SLA credits unless it exceeds defined thresholds.
Our public status page is available at status.techmagnetics.io and shows real-time status for all API endpoints, WebSocket servers, and edge PoPs. You can subscribe to status updates via email, Slack webhook, or RSS. Historical incident reports with root cause analyses are published within 48 hours of resolution.
We use zero-downtime deployment practices for all releases β rolling deploys across our edge nodes mean there is no interruption during normal releases. Deeper infrastructure maintenance (database migrations, PoP hardware upgrades) is scheduled during the lowest-traffic window (typically 02:00β04:00 UTC on a Tuesday) and announced at least 72 hours in advance via email, status page, and our Slack community. Expected downtime during maintenance windows is under 60 seconds.
We scale proactively for major events. Our infrastructure team runs traffic projections for major tournaments (FIFA World Cup, Champions League Final, Super Bowl, IPL final, etc.) and pre-scales compute capacity, CDN cache distribution, and WebSocket connection pools. Rate limits are not reduced during peak events. Enterprise customers receive direct communication before major events with capacity confirmations and a dedicated incident contact.
For Growth and Enterprise plans, we provide a data accuracy SLA: less than 0.01% data errors (incorrect scores, wrong odds, duplicate events) per 1 million events delivered, measured over any 30-day period. Data errors in this context mean events that require a correction by us β minor timing discrepancies (<2 seconds from source) are not counted. If the accuracy SLA is breached, you receive a proportional credit on your next invoice.
Yes. Our architecture is multi-region active-active: all three PoPs (EU-West-1, US-East-1, AP-Southeast-1) can independently serve the full API surface. If one PoP experiences a failure, traffic is automatically rerouted to the nearest healthy PoP within 30 seconds. Data pipelines from sports data sources run in parallel across two independent ingestion clusters. Database replication lag is under 500ms between regions.
Credits are calculated based on the duration of the outage relative to the monthly SLA commitment and applied automatically to your next invoice β no claim required. Credit scale: 99.0β99.99% actual uptime = 10% credit; 95.0β98.99% = 25% credit; below 95% = 50% credit. Credits apply to the monthly subscription fee, not to overage charges. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
Yes. Tech Magnetics is fully GDPR compliant as a data processor. We act as a data controller only for account and billing data; for sports data itself (scores, odds, statistics), we are a data publisher and the data does not contain personal data. We process account data under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) which is available for download from your account settings. EU customers' account data is stored in EU-West-1 (Frankfurt). We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) contactable at dpo@techmagnetics.io.
Yes. We hold an MGA (Malta Gaming Authority) B2B data services licence, a UKGC Business-to-Business supplier registration, and are GLI-19 certified for sports data integrity. In regulated markets (UK, Malta, certain US states), our data distribution agreements with official league partners comply with official data obligations required by the relevant gambling regulator. Enterprise customers operating in regulated markets can request copies of our regulatory certificates.
For most regulated markets, sportsbook operators are responsible for their own regulatory compliance and licensing β the data API is a B2B data service, not a gambling platform. However, we hold data distribution rights from official league data partners that satisfy "official data" requirements in jurisdictions like the UK and Australia where live in-play betting must use official data feeds. Contact our compliance team for a specific regulatory assessment for your jurisdiction.
We are ISO 27001:2022 certified for our information security management system (ISMS). We undergo annual penetration testing by a CREST-accredited third party, with results summarised in our annual security report available to Enterprise customers under NDA. Our infrastructure is hosted on AWS, which is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified. We enforce TLS 1.2+ on all endpoints, rotate data encryption keys quarterly, and have never had a data breach incident.
Yes, on Growth and Enterprise plans. The Starter plan includes a non-commercial and low-commercial-value use case restriction. Commercial use of odds data for licensed sportsbook operations, odds comparison sites, or tipster services requires a Growth plan or above. The specific commercial rights granted are detailed in our Terms of Service. For regulated gambling use cases, ensure your end-use complies with your jurisdiction's licensing requirements β we can provide regulatory documentation to support your compliance filing.
Yes. As a B2B data provider we support responsible gambling initiatives by working exclusively with licensed operators, providing data that supports bet limits and account controls, and cooperating with gambling harm reduction organisations and regulators. Our full Responsible Gambling & Compliance Statement is available at techmagnetics.io/responsible-gambling. We do not provide data services to unlicensed operators in jurisdictions where gambling is regulated.
Data redistribution and resale rights are governed by your plan tier and our Terms of Service. Starter and Growth plans permit use in your own products and services but do not include redistribution rights to third parties. Enterprise plans can include redistribution or sublicensing rights by agreement. If you want to use our data to power a platform that itself sells data access to other businesses, contact our commercial team to discuss a data reseller agreement.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Wire transfer is available for annual Enterprise contracts. We also accept payments via SEPA Direct Debit for EU customers and ACH for US customers on annual plans. Cryptocurrency payments are not currently accepted. VAT is charged where applicable (EU customers provide VAT number for B2B exemption).
All invoices are available in your dashboard under Billing β Invoices. Each invoice is downloadable as a PDF and includes line items for your subscription charge, any applicable VAT, and overage charges if applicable. Invoices are issued on the 1st of each billing month. For annual contracts, a single invoice covering the full year is issued at the start of the contract period. You can add a billing email address and company information for VAT compliance.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard β Billing β Cancel Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period β you retain full access until then. Your account and API keys are downgraded to the free Sandbox tier after the paid period ends, so you don't lose access entirely. Historical usage data and dashboard configuration are retained for 90 days post-cancellation.
Yes. Enterprise customers with procurement processes requiring purchase orders, custom payment terms (Net 30/60), specific invoice formats, or multi-entity billing can work with our finance team. Contact sales@techmagnetics.io to set up a custom billing arrangement before your first invoice is due.
When you close your account, all API keys are immediately revoked and API access stops. Your personal account data (name, email, payment history) is retained for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes per HMRC/GDPR record-keeping requirements. Dashboard configuration (key names, webhook URLs, usage history) is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion of personal data by contacting privacy@techmagnetics.io β legal retention obligations may apply.
If a payment fails, we send an email notification immediately and retry the charge after 3 days, then again after 7 days. During this retry period your API access continues uninterrupted. If the third retry also fails (day 10), your account is downgraded to Sandbox tier and API calls beyond the sandbox quota are blocked. You can resolve a failed payment by updating your card in Dashboard β Billing β Payment Methods, after which access is restored instantly.
For API bugs (unexpected responses, schema errors, authentication issues): file a ticket via Dashboard β Support β New Ticket, including the endpoint URL, request headers (redact your API key), response body, and expected vs. actual behaviour. For data accuracy issues (wrong score, incorrect player stat): use the /v1/report/data-issue endpoint or file via the dashboard. Data issues from major competitions are investigated within 4 hours; minor competition data issues within 24 hours.
