Tech Magnetics provides a sports data platform that includes APIs, SDKs, documentation, sandbox environments, and dashboard tools (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Tech Magnetics. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By registering for an account, generating an API key, or otherwise accessing our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to act on behalf of that organisation.
To access the API, you must create an account and generate API keys. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. Any activity conducted using your credentials is treated as authorized by you, unless you notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and to display data obtained from the Services in your applications, as permitted by your subscription plan.

Each subscription plan defines request volume, sport coverage, and data refresh rate. We enforce rate limits to ensure fair usage across all clients. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling or temporary suspension of API access.
Subscription fees are billed according to the plan and billing cycle you select at sign-up. Unless otherwise agreed, plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Fee changes will be communicated in advance of your next renewal. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Tech Magnetics and its data partners retain all rights, title, and interest in the underlying data feeds, documentation, and software. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data as permitted by your plan — it does not transfer ownership of the data itself.
We work to deliver accurate, timely sports data, but data is sourced from venues, officials, and third-party providers, and occasional delays, errors, or omissions can occur — particularly during fast-moving live events. You should not rely on our data as the sole basis for decisions where errors could cause material harm, and you remain responsible for your own validation logic.
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Support is provided according to your subscription tier. Developer tier customers receive community support and documentation access. Business and Enterprise customers receive priority support with guaranteed response times and dedicated account management.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance via status page and email notifications. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in activity that risks the security or integrity of our Services. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard, subject to the terms of your billing cycle. Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms immediately cease.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Magnetics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including losses related to trading decisions made using our data. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Tech Magnetics harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or the rights of any third party.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, or internet infrastructure failures.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your service agreement, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts or arbitration forum specified in that agreement.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the dashboard. Continued use of our Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
